What finished cleaning looks like
The pictures on this page show what each kind of job looks like when it is done. You will see a kitchen after a deep clean and a bathroom. You will also see an empty bedroom after a move out, and a room after renovation dust has been cleared. They show the standard we clean to. Your own list gets agreed before the first visit, and that list is what we work from.
What we check before we leave a room
A room is finished when the dust is down from the high spots and the floor has been vacuumed after it. Before we move on, we look at the places people notice later. Those are the top of the fridge, the track of a patio door, mini blinds and the glass in doors. If something needs a second pass, it gets one.
Renovation dust takes more than one pass
After drywall work, fine dust settles on every flat surface and keeps drifting down as the air moves. One wipe just pushes it around. We vacuum first and wipe second, and then we come back over the sills and trim, because the dust is still settling while we work.
